A Season of Change is a 10 week 'body reset'.   We're with you daily, keeping you on track, motivating you to make better choices, giving you the tools to create healthier habits and get the results you're after.  This is going to be a mindful process, not a crash course. Give yourself permission to change then embrace your choice.

PRE-SEASON

Before you start your 12 weeks, you need to do one thing … commit to it!

Week One will get you off to a great start but we’ll stop and ask you to consider a few things before launching you on this journey. No need for anxiety, this is going to be a mindful process not a crash course – first, give yourself permission to change then embrace your choice.

We’d encourage you to get other women to join you on A Season of Change as well. It will help you to be accountable and provide you with your very own support group. Also, we’d like to hear from you on the blog and social media sites where we’ll be meeting – we’re all in it together so start sharing your desired change and see who else is out there with you!

Right from the start, you’ll have a nutritious eating plan every week that will make an impact on your health, wellbeing and weight loss goals.

Just to be clear; we don’t do ‘diets’ and we’re not asking you to follow one.

These are tried and true guidelines based on sound nutrition principles, built by our resident nutrition expert.

We also have Nick Honeyman (5-star executive chef) bringing you delicious, easy to follow recipes.  'The Body Conscious Chef' will open your eyes and tastebuds to what you really can do with good fresh food.

Here is where your perception is king (or queen)! We will challenge you on how you perceive yourself in the very first instance. Our reigning Self-Image & Style expert, Susana Tuya Sarmiento – ‘Confessions of a Woman’s Mirror’, will give you ways to assess your current mindset about your image and gently nudge you aware of the ways you’ve been holding yourself back from achieving your goals.

Each episode will also give you styling ideas and bring some much-needed attention to your wardrobe and clothing choices. Brace yourself for the new you – feeling good and looking great are now within reach!
